These terms and conditions set out what you agree to when you include the Page Lander Wizard (PLW) on your web site. By clicking on the accept conditions button below and/or by including the PLW on your web site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, as well as to the terms and conditions of use of the Journey Planner site. You must do this if you want to use the Page Lander Wizard.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this site. You should check periodically to ensure they are still applicable to your situation. You will be deemed to have agreed to any updated conditions also if you continue to use the Page Lander Wizard.

1.	We retain all intellectual property rights in the Journey Planning site and the Page Lander sites. All logos, design and text are copyright and may not be used by you in any other format than that supplied in the Page Lander.
2.	Rights to all data are retained by Journey Planning Site or its suppliers and the data accessed via the Page Lander Wizard cannot be used by you in any other form than that of the Journey Planner.
3.	By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and putting the Page Lander Wizard on your site, Journey Planning Site grants you a licence to use the Page Lander Wizard to connect to the Journey Planner site. This licence is not exclusive to you. It cannot be transferred by you to anyone else. It may be revoked at any time and with no recompense to you.
4.	Your site must be legal and in good taste. It must uphold sound ethical principles. It must do nothing to call into question the benefits of public transport.
5.	You must not charge for using the link to Page Lander Wizard or Journey Planner for commercial purposes.
6.	You must not suggest that Journey Planner endorses your site in any way.
7.	You may remove the PLW from your site at any time.
8.	We may record usage of the PLW on your site. No personal data will be held and any records will be used purely for tracking and traffic analysis purposes.
9.	We may terminate the link from your site to the Journey Planner at any time. We will, wherever practicable, inform you by email if we do so.
10. We do not guarantee that the PLW is necessarily fit for the purposes of your site or its users.
11. We are not liable for any loss suffered by you or your site visitors through using the PLW.
12. We are not liable for any loss due to failures with your site or technical problems your site may encounter.
